Capt. Rocco Luppino: Born in 1982, graduated from the Nautical High School "Caio Duilio" in Messina, completed the Naval Academy in Livorno and then attended and completed his study in Architecture. Obtained the Professional Title of Master on board of Merchant Vessels.
